  • All tours must be booked through our site or authorized representatives. 
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Square). 
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. 
  • No-shows and late cancellations may not be refunded. 

3. App-Specific Terms

When using our mobile app, you may be required to grant certain permissions (such as location services or notifications). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and app, including logos, text, images, and videos, is the property of Walk of The Town and Leadership Austin and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, testimonials, or media (e.g., photos from a tour), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes.
